When do we use it ??

Ok, now this is very easy to recognize. When do we have to use the adjective ending in _ing or _ed ?? 

The explanation is the following ( it is very easy): We use the termination _ed when we have a reaction for any situation it is how do we feel us with it. 

Examples
I’m bored in this museum
I’m fascinated with you.

And the explanation for _ing termination is the following: We use this termination for explain how is the action, it is the action that produces and creates fellings. 

Examples: 
This museum is interesting.
My house is interesting.

Multiculturalism, brief summary

Multiculturalism refers to a state of racial, cultural and diversity within the demographics of a specified place, usually at the scale of an organization such as a school, business, city or nation. Advocates a society that extends equitable status to distinct cultural and religious groups, with no one culture predominating.
